When tools are received for reconditioning they are sorted and 100% checked for condition. If the tool is passed to be economically acceptable it is reground to original geometry, inspected and then either coated in protective wax or packaged in plastic sleeving ready for dispatch. |

REMEMBER - QUALITY REGROUND TOOLS ARE ONLY A FRACTION OF THE COST OF REPLACEMENT - IT MAKES ECONOMIC SENSE. |

Any coatings that have been applied to original tools can be re-applied after regrinding. If the coating is not readily available an equivalent can be used upon approval. |
